Article 47 of Act No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 on equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of disabled persons makes accessibility a requirement for all online public communications services run by the State, local authorities and public institutions coming thereunder. It stipulates that the information such services provide must be accessible to everyone.
The website of the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons has been designed in accordance with these provisions with account taken of the recommendations laid down by the General Accessibility Framework for Government Departments (RGAA).
