Implicit withdrawal may occur in the following cases:

you refuse to cooperate by failing to provide certain required information or by failing to provide your biometric data;
you refuse to provide your address;
you fail to attend, without a valid reason, when summoned, or refuse to answer questions asked during the interview to such an extent that the outcome of the interview did not allow a decision to be made on the merits of the application;
you repeatedly fail to comply with the obligation to report to the authorities or do not remain available to the authorities;
